Software + technology servicesNew Albany, Indiana

Technology that fits
the way you work.

An inquiry that gets lost, a spreadsheet doing too many jobs, or a website that makes customers call for basic answers. I start with the problem, then build the website, connection, or software your business needs.

I’m Jalil Hay. You work directly with me, from understanding the problem to testing the solution and agreeing what comes after launch.

Delivered work

Built around
real operations.

Membership + staff operations

The Bay Cigar Lounge

The work
A public website connected to private member tools and a staff workspace. Staff review inquiries, create memberships, and manage the records that support member access and check-in.
The boundary
A tour is optional. Staff control membership approval; a public request does not automatically create a membership.

Website + client onboarding

Minds Unraveled

The work
The initial request keeps its services, timing, and contact preference together through lead review, a signed agreement, and approved onboarding.
The boundary
The request-to-onboarding workflow is live and in use. Public project notes describe the handoff without displaying a private client record.

How I work

The simplest solution
that fits the problem.

Keep what works. Configure before integrating. Integrate before building. Build only the missing piece.

Not every project needs every stage.

  1. Understand the problem

Follow the work from the first request to the person responsible for the next step. Identify where it gets delayed, repeated, or lost.

  2. Choose a practical solution

Check what your current tools already support. Agree the work, cost, access, and responsibilities before implementation.

  3. Build, test, and launch

Build the agreed pieces and test the actual path, including incomplete requests and staff decisions. Make the handoff clear to the people using it.

  4. Maintain and improve

Agree who looks after the system and how changes are handled. Ongoing care and further development have defined scopes.

Support after launch

Keep the work
looked after.

Website care, integration upkeep, and software support need different responsibilities. I define the system covered, maintenance tasks, access, and arrangements for changes before ongoing work begins.

Managed Website is $150/month for hosting, security, maintenance, monitoring, and agreed website content updates. Custom software and integration support are scoped and priced separately. The website plan does not include their operation or development.

Support is limited to the agreed systems and work. Availability, response arrangements, and any new development belong in the proposal; ongoing care is not unlimited development or an on-call commitment.
