I send a checklist for your copy, photographs, logo, practice details, and domain access. You supply the words; I edit them for clarity. The three-business-day timeline starts when I have everything required.
Build and review.
I put your materials into the four-page layout and send it for your review. One round of revisions is included, so you can check the practice details, wording, and contact path before launch.
Launch on your domain.
Once I have everything, your website is live within three business days, including one round of changes. If your changes come back after that, it goes live the next business day after they arrive. Required hosting and care continues at $100/month.

Is the $100/month plan required?
Yes. The package is $750 for the build plus mandatory $100/month hosting and ongoing care. The monthly service covers hosting, security, maintenance, monitoring, and agreed content updates. The agreement confirms payment and ongoing care terms before work begins.
What do I need to supply?
Your copy, photographs, logo if you have one, practice details, and domain access. I provide a checklist and edit your words for clarity. Writing from scratch, photography, domain registration, and email hosting are outside this package.
When does the three-business-day timeline begin?
After I receive all required materials and domain access. It includes one round of revisions. If your changes arrive after that window, the website goes live the next business day after they arrive.
Can I keep my scheduling and intake system?
Yes. Your existing system stays in use. The website can link to its booking page or client portal. The website’s appointment request asks for basic contact details and discourages clinical information; intake and clinical forms stay in your existing system.
What if I need more than four pages?
The Practice Website uses one set layout for Home, About, Services, and Contact. More pages, a custom design, or additional functionality can be scoped as a custom website, starting at $3,500.
