Minds Unraveled
A public website and request-to-onboarding workflow for a healthcare billing, credentialing, and practice operations firm serving Indiana and Kentucky.
Website + onboarding workflow

Project notes
A specialized service, made easier to understand.
The problem
Clinicians needed to understand billing, credentialing, and practice operations support before reaching out. The first request then needed to stay connected as a prospective client moved toward an agreement and onboarding.
The approach
I separated the three public services and gave visitors a consistent consultation request. The administrative handoff keeps the original inquiry context together and leaves approval with the team.
What was delivered
A public service website and a request-to-onboarding workflow: inquiry context linked to a lead, agreement review, approval, and an invitation for the approved contact.
How it works
A visitor requests a consultation. The team reviews the lead; onboarding waits for a signed agreement and approval. The approved contact is then invited, with the earlier services, timing, and contact preference still connected.
The outcome
The request-to-onboarding workflow is live and in use. It carries the original request into onboarding, with review and approval before access is granted.
A specialized service, explained plainly
Built so a clinician understands the offer in one scroll.
01
Three services
Billing, credentialing, and practice operations, each stated as the outcome a provider recognizes: an unpaid claim needs a next step, keep every application moving, give the recurring work an owner.
02
How working together works
A dedicated page walks from the first inquiry through a complimentary consultation, the agreement, and the onboarding handoff, so the scope is clear before anything is signed.
03
One action
The site repeats one primary action, request a consultation, with direct booking as an alternative. The inquiry asks visitors not to include patient information.
For Minds Unraveled that meant a custom-built site on a domain the owner holds, a service structure that reads in seconds, and a how-it-works path that sets expectations before the first call.
Behind the website
Keep the details.
Carry them forward.
Keep the original inquiry
The original request keeps its services, timing, and contact preference together.
Review the lead and agreement
The request becomes a lead for review. Onboarding waits for a signed agreement and approval.
Invite the approved contact
After a signed agreement and approval, the earlier details stay connected as onboarding begins, and the approved contact is invited.
This request-to-onboarding workflow is live and in use. It is summarized here from the implementation, without showing any private record.
Keep the handoff connected
From a clear first request to an approved next step.
Minds Unraveled combines a clear public website with a connected administrative workflow. Work that needs its own permissions and process can be scoped as custom business software. Website work and workflow implementation are scoped separately.
