Website maintenance services / Managed Website
Website care.
One less thing to manage.
Outdated hours, hosting questions, and small changes can pile up while you run the business. I handle website hosting, maintenance, and agreed updates, with a clear scope and a direct relationship with me when your site needs attention.
Managed Website: $150/month. Website builds and work outside the agreed care scope are separate.
Managed Website / $150 per month
Hosting, upkeep,
and a person to ask.
The plan covers hosting, security, maintenance, monitoring, and agreed content updates. Your proposal defines the website, responsibilities, and update allowance before care begins.
- Managed hosting
- I manage the website hosting within the agreed scope, so you have a direct contact for hosting questions and site changes.
- Security and maintenance
- Routine technical upkeep is part of the plan. I confirm the work appropriate to your website and its setup when we agree the scope.
- Monitoring
- Monitoring is included in ongoing care. The proposal confirms what I look after and the support arrangements for your website.
- Agreed content updates
- Keep details such as opening hours, service descriptions, and supplied photographs current within the agreed update allowance. I confirm the scope before adding work beyond it.
- A direct contact
- When something needs attention, tell me what has changed or which page is not working as expected. I review the request against your care scope and discuss the next step.
Already have a website?
Start with the site
you have.
I provide ongoing care for websites I build. If your site was built by another provider, send its address and explain what you need help with. I review the platform, current setup, and access before confirming whether I can take it into care.
A move into care is subject to that review. Any migration, initial fixes, account responsibilities, and ongoing scope need to be agreed before work begins. I do not assume that every existing website will fit the plan.
Discuss website careHow change requests work
Explain the change.
Agree the next step.
Website support works best when the request and responsibilities are clear. The proposal sets the update allowance and support arrangements.
Send the page and the request.
Share the page address, what needs to change, and any replacement wording or photographs. For a problem, describe what you expected to happen and what you saw instead.
Confirm scope and timing.
I check whether the request is covered by the agreed care scope. New pages, larger additions, and other work outside it are quoted separately before I proceed.
Make the agreed update.
I carry out the agreed work and check the changed page. You can review the wording and business details so the website reflects what customers need to know.
A defined scope
Care for the website.
Scope for the next project.
The monthly plan keeps agreed care and updates clear. A new business requirement may need a separate piece of work.
- New pages and functionality
- New pages, redesigns, larger additions, integrations, and operational systems outside the agreed allowance are scoped and quoted separately. Explore the custom website engagement if you need a new build or redesign.
- Search and marketing work
- Ongoing search reporting, search content, Google Business Profile management, and broader SEO work are separate scopes. Monthly maintenance does not establish where a website will rank.
- Photography and video
- Website + Monthly Media is $450/month total, including Managed Website and one on-location media session of up to one hour each month at an agreed local location. Media deliverables are confirmed before booking. Dedicated photography and video sessions have their own scope.
The Practice Website for mental health practices in Indiana and Kentucky is a separate four-page package: $750 to build plus required $100/month hosting and care. Its own package terms apply.
Before you get in touch
Website care questions.
Bring your current site and the work you want taken off your plate.
What does website maintenance include?
Managed Website covers hosting, security, routine maintenance, monitoring, and agreed content updates. Your proposal defines the website covered, update allowance, and responsibilities. New pages, larger additions, and work outside that scope are quoted separately.
How much does website maintenance cost?
Managed Website is $150 per month, separate from a website build. The $450 monthly media option includes that care plus one on-location media session of up to one hour each month. I confirm scope and ongoing deliverables in your proposal.
Do I need maintenance after launch?
Someone needs to look after hosting, technical upkeep, and changing business details. The right arrangement depends on the website and what your team wants to handle. Managed Website gives that work an agreed scope and a direct contact.
Can you manage a website built by someone else?
I can review it before committing to care. Send the website address and what you need help with. I will assess the platform, setup, and access, then confirm whether it is a fit and what any move or initial work would involve. Acceptance is not automatic.
How many updates can I request, and how quickly?
Your proposal defines the update allowance, support arrangements, and timing. Bring the types of changes you expect to need so we can agree a practical scope. Additional development is quoted separately.
What should I send with an inquiry?
Your business name, current website address, and a short explanation of the help you need are a useful starting point. The inquiry link below opens the existing website form with Managed Website selected; you can change the selection if needed.
