I care about the way a business works, the people doing the work, and the details a customer should notice.
My background spans software development, engineering, quality, Lean/Six Sigma, manufacturing operations, and service leadership. I bring that practical perspective to the websites and systems I build.
I start with the people, decisions, and handoffs that keep a business running. That might mean making the next step clear on a website, connecting tools that repeat the same work, or building software around a process an off-the-shelf tool cannot handle well.
We agree on the problem and scope before the build. I look for the simplest practical solution, then design, develop, test, and launch it. An existing tool or a small automation may be enough. Ongoing care and improvements are agreed around the system and the support it needs.
Why mu works exists

I started mu works to build useful technology without giving owners another job to manage. Automation and integration connect the work, custom business software handles needs existing tools cannot, and websites and digital experiences give customers a clear way in.
The name reflects that approach: mu is the idea of doing without. I look for what can be removed, simplified, or connected before adding another tool. The result should fit the people who use it after launch.
