Customers should be able to see what you build, where you work, and how to request an estimate. I build custom websites around that path, so a general contractor, home improvement company, landscaper, or specialty trade can give the next job inquiry a clear place to start.
Custom website builds start at $3,500. Monthly care is separate. You work directly with Jalil Hay, based in New Albany, Indiana.
From interest to a job inquiry
A list of trades and a phone number can leave customers guessing. I plan the agreed pages around the work you want, the area you serve, and the details you need to decide what happens next.
These are planning decisions for the agreed website scope. Photo uploads, live availability, calculators, and connections to quoting or scheduling systems need their own review before they are included.
The website engagement
$3,500
The final price follows the agreed pages, content, and functionality.Discovery, creative direction, copy for the agreed pages, custom design and development, mobile layouts, local search setup, and launch. I use your business information and approved source material to explain the work and plan the customer’s next step.
The proposal confirms page count, project galleries, inquiry requirements, revisions, and delivery schedule. Original photography and video are separate unless explicitly bundled. Domain renewals, business email, paid tools, and licenses are reviewed before booking.
Booking integrations, automated follow-up, payments, client portals, and other operational systems are separately scoped. They are not automatically included in the website build or monthly care.

Discuss website careFor complete build, care, ownership, and payment details, review the website engagement questions. A website inquiry does not book a project or take a payment.
Verified client work / Nonprofit website
For The Accountability Foundation in Jeffersonville, I built the website, including its program inquiry form. The form asks for the organization, setting, group size, location, and preferred dates.
This is a nonprofit project. It shows how I shape an inquiry around the information a business or organization needs to discuss the next step. A contractor’s request would be planned around its own jobs and working process.

If requests arrive but follow-up depends on remembering who needs a call, the website is only part of the problem. I can review the handoff from inquiry to estimate and scheduling using the tools you already have.
The Estimate Follow-Up Sprint is a separate $3,500 fixed engagement over 30 consecutive days: one inquiry-to-scheduling workflow for one business and one operating location. It is not included in the website build or care plan.
Existing tools stay in place unless replacement is approved in scope. Third-party software and transaction fees are paid separately. Custom application development is excluded unless separately scoped.

You do not need finished website copy to get started. I guide the material and scope review with you.
Share your current website if you have one, the services and areas you cover, and the jobs you want customers to ask about. Explain how calls and estimate requests are handled today, including who responds.
Bring your logo, project photos, accurate service details, and any reviews you are authorized to publish. I write copy for the agreed pages and develop the design direction. You approve the facts and direction before the build moves forward.
I build the agreed pages and check mobile layouts, navigation, phone links, and the inquiry route. We confirm the domain access needed for launch, the project schedule, and who handles future changes before the site goes live.
Before you get in touch
A useful website starts with the work you actually do.
No. I group the work and coverage in a way customers can understand. A separate page should answer a distinct question and have enough useful information to support it. I do not assume a page for every trade or nearby town.
Yes, as approved source material. You confirm that you can publish the photos and reviews. We agree the number and type of project examples or galleries in the proposal. I can plan original photography separately if the website needs it.
I start by checking the system and the next step you want the customer to take. A link to an existing tool and a custom integration are different scopes. Automated routing, availability, and follow-up need review before I quote them.
The quote confirms the pages, project examples, inquiry route, revisions, schedule, and any separately scoped tools. Custom builds start at $3,500. Monthly care is separate, and you can review the complete website pricing and scope before making an inquiry.
I confirm the schedule after reviewing the pages, source material, and any connected tools. Custom website timelines are agreed per project. The quote sets out the review and launch steps before the build begins.
No. You can start with the website alone. The Estimate Follow-Up Sprint and other operational systems are separate engagements. We first identify the workflow and check what your existing tools can support.
