Custom websites · Southern Indiana and Louisville

A website that makes the next step clear.

If customers cannot tell what you do, or your site leads them nowhere useful, the work comes back to you: calls to explain, emails to chase, details to retype. I build a custom website around what makes your business worth choosing and the path you want customers to take, then keep it working.

One-time website build

Built around your business.

When your website no longer reflects the business, or leaves customers unsure what to do next, I build one that explains what you do and gives them one clear way to take the next step.

Creative direction, copy for the agreed pages, bespoke design, custom development, mobile layouts, and local search setup. I plan what customers need to see and the right path to inquire, book, or request an estimate.

Pages, original media, connected tools, revisions, and the delivery schedule are agreed in your proposal. Photography and video are separate unless explicitly bundled. Complex integrations and larger productions receive a separate scope.

Monthly Media

$450 / month total

Your photos are out of date, and nobody has time to replace them.

Everything in Managed Website, plus one on-location media session of up to one hour each month. Fresh photography and short clips, with selected media added to your website.

Discuss the monthly media plan

Media sessions cover one agreed local location. The shot list, edited deliverables, travel, scheduling, and turnaround are confirmed before you book. Finished advertisements and larger video productions are quoted separately.

Original photography + short video

The real business.
In its best light.

The place you built. The work you finish. The people customers trust. I plan photography around what your website needs to show, with useful crops and clips for your other channels.

Choose the $450 monthly plan to keep capturing new work, or plan a dedicated session for your website launch. I confirm the capture and editing scope before booking.

When the business needs more

Connect what happens
after the inquiry.

When requests arrive by phone, text, email, and form, and someone retypes them into the next tool, I can scope a connection to quoting, scheduling, payments, or a member or client portal. I start with the tools that already work and build what is missing.

Operational systems are separate from the website and monthly care plans. Explore the Estimate Follow-Up Sprint.

From first conversation to launch

Know what
happens next.

You work directly with me, from the first conversation through launch and ongoing care. For a website, these three steps run from finding the friction to launch, and Managed Website carries the measure and support stage after it. Connecting other tools is scoped separately, and not every project needs every stage.

  1. Scope and source material

I get to know your business, review the existing website, and recommend a direction. I guide the questions and organize the material needed for the build.

A clear brief and agreed scope
  2. Direction and approval

I work from your identity and source material to establish the design direction. You review it before the build moves forward.

A direction you can see and review
  3. Design and managed launch

I build the site around the agreed direction, check it on desktop and mobile, and handle launch. Then I manage hosting, maintenance, and agreed updates.

A finished website and ongoing care

Before you book

Website costs.
Care and ownership.

Compare the build price, ongoing care, and the terms for keeping or moving your website. Use these questions to review your proposal before you book.

How much does a custom website cost?

Custom website builds start at $3,500. Monthly care is separate: Managed Website is $150 per month, or Website + Monthly Media is $450 per month total. The $450 plan includes website care and one on-location media session of up to one hour each month. I confirm the build scope and ongoing deliverables in your proposal.

What happens after I get in touch?

I review your business and what you have today, then discuss the right scope with you. Sending an inquiry does not book a project or take a payment. Once the scope is agreed, payment is 50% to book and 50% before launch.

How long does a website take?

Custom website timelines are agreed per project. I confirm the schedule after reviewing the page scope, media needs, and connected tools. You receive a clear sequence for direction, review, and launch before the build starts.

What does monthly care cover?

The $150 monthly plan covers managed hosting, monitoring, security, routine maintenance, and agreed content updates. The $450 monthly plan adds one on-location media session of up to one hour each month and selected media updates to the website. Your proposal defines the update allowance and media deliverables. New pages, larger additions, and work outside that scope are quoted separately.

Which costs should I check before booking?

Review when care billing begins, the content-update allowance, and which services you will pay for directly. Ask whether domain renewals, business email, booking tools, and paid licenses are included or billed separately. Photography, video, complex integrations, and larger productions need an agreed scope; the website price does not automatically include them.

Is local search setup included?

Yes. The website engagement includes accurate business and service information, page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, structured business information, and crawlability checks. I also connect Search Console and submit the sitemap when you provide the access needed to verify ownership. See the included search setup. Ongoing SEO campaigns and Google Business Profile management are separate scopes.

Who owns the website?

You own the domain and the code specified in your project agreement. Review what code and files are included, when account access is handed over, and any third-party licenses before you book. I manage the hosting and care under the agreed scope.

What if I end care or move the website?

Your agreement should explain the notice period, any remaining commitments, the billing cutoff, and any cancellation or refund terms. Before a move, confirm who handles domain and account access, code delivery, and hosting migration, including any fees. Review these details while choosing the project, not only when you are ready to leave.

What do I need to provide?

I guide you through the business details, existing brand material, and account access needed for launch. Copy for the agreed pages is included. I can plan original photography and short video with you, so gathering the right material becomes part of the process.

Do I need the workflow work too?

No. You can start with the website alone. If something behind the site keeps landing on you, I can scope that separately, and only if it is worth doing.

What is the free workflow review?

A short first look at where inquiries, follow-up, scheduling, or website updates get stuck. You tell me what keeps getting dropped or delayed, I read it, and then we talk for 20 minutes. You get a plain recommendation for the next step, which may be a website, a connected workflow, or nothing. Start with a free workflow review.

50% to book, 50% before launch. Monthly website management is $150, or $450 with a monthly media session. The final build scope, ongoing update allowance, media deliverables, and any additional work are agreed before booking.
