The inquiry disappears
Calls, texts, forms, and social messages arrive in different places without a clear owner or next action.
30-Day Inquiry-to-Payment Sprint
I map how an inquiry becomes scheduled and paid work, then implement the smallest useful system around the broken handoff. This is for owner-led service businesses running one location that already have customers and already have tools, but lose work between the two.
Where work gets stuck 現状
These are common patterns, not a diagnosis. Most operations have one or two of them, not all four.
Calls, texts, forms, and social messages arrive in different places without a clear owner or next action.
An estimate is sent, but follow-up timing and responsibility live in memory or an inbox.
Accepted work does not move cleanly into capacity, crew, room, or appointment planning.
Deposits, invoices, balances, and completed work are tracked in separate tools or spreadsheets.
Terms 条件
How it runs 進行
Days 1 to 5
I document how an inquiry actually becomes scheduled and paid work today, including the steps that live in memory, texts, and spreadsheets.
Days 6 to 10
I deliver the documented operating baseline and a working version of the first agreed handoff. This is the point where the deliverable commitment below is met or the project stops.
Days 11 to 22
I configure the rest of the agreed path, set up ownership and next-action status, follow-up reminders, and payment-status visibility.
Days 23 to 30
I finish the owner dashboard and exception list, write the standard operating procedure, and run one recorded team handoff or training session.
Included work 実装
Keep what works. Configure before integrating. Integrate before building. Build only the missing piece.
Deliverables 成果物
Scope boundary 範囲外
The fixed price works because the boundary is real. These sit outside a sprint and are quoted separately when they matter.
Work expected to exceed 16 founder hours must be narrowed or separately quoted before work continues.
Deliverable commitment
Within the first 10 business days, I will deliver a documented operating baseline and a working version of the first agreed handoff. If I cannot demonstrate a usable implementation path within the agreed systems and constraints, the project will stop and the remaining $2,000 will not be charged.
This commits to a usable implementation path. It does not promise a revenue result or a specific return on investment.
Fit 適合
After the sprint その後
You keep the configured workflow, the documentation, the dashboard, and the recorded handoff. Nothing depends on me staying involved.
Available after a completed sprint. Each month includes a workflow scorecard, a scheduled functional check, one implemented improvement, routine issue correction, current documentation, and a 30-minute owner review.
$950 per month Initial three-month term
See the partnershipA separate fixed-scope sprint or larger engagement is proposed only when another valuable workflow is clearly defined.
The partnership is optional. A stable workflow that the team can operate independently does not need a monthly agreement.
The first step is a focused 20-minute fit review. If one valuable workflow fits the sprint, I will explain the scope and next step. If it does not fit, I will say so. The review is free.
