The brief
Give someone considering counseling a clear introduction to the provider, the services, and what happens when they make contact.
The decision
I brought Danielle’s portrait and approach into the opening, then organized the practical questions and service information around the decision to reach out.
What was delivered
A responsive practice website with service pages, provider information, FAQs, location and contact details, and an appointment-request form that explains the follow-up.
