Regional client work / Clarksville, Indiana
Show the place.
Clarify the next step.
For The Bay Cigar Lounge, I built a public website connected to membership and staff operations. Visitors can explore the lounge, plan a visit, and find the right membership path.
The lounge is in Clarksville. It is a regional example of how I connect a business’s public presentation with the work behind it.

For Dandelion Holistic Counseling in Louisville, I organized provider and service information around a clear appointment-request path. The Accountability Foundation in Jeffersonville offers a different nonprofit journey through programs, participation, and support.
All client workThe website scope
A clear introduction.
A useful customer path.
Before drawing a page, I work out what a visitor needs to understand and what should happen next. A Louisville business serving the wider metro needs its location and service coverage to be as clear as its offer.
- Present the business
- I organize services, real work, and practical customer questions into the agreed pages. A venue needs the experience and visit details; a service business needs the work, service area, and a useful way to request an estimate.
- Keep the right tools connected
- I can connect an inquiry or booking path to the tools you already use. Payments, member access, and more involved workflows are reviewed separately, so the public website and the operational scope are clear before you book.
- Make local details useful
- I check that your actual location, service coverage, and contact details are consistent on the website. Page titles, descriptions, canonical addresses, structured information, and a sitemap are part of the included search setup.
Working locally
Across the river.
Directly with me.
I am based in New Albany and serve businesses in Louisville and Southern Indiana. If your customers travel to you, I plan the site around the real arrival details. If you travel to them, I make the agreed service coverage clear without implying an office in every place you serve.
For original photography or short video, I confirm the location, travel, shot list, and deliverables before booking. That helps the website show the actual business customers will encounter.

Larger productions and operational systems are separately scoped. Payment is 50% to book and 50% before launch.
Compare website scope and careFrom first review to launch
Choose the direction.
Then see it through.
The pages, responsibilities, and schedule are agreed before the build begins.
Review the customer journey
Share the current site and the part customers struggle to understand. I review the offer, local details, and inquiry or booking path with you, then define the pages and any connected tools.
Approve a direction
I shape the copy and visual direction from your business and source material. You review a concrete direction before I build the agreed pages. Original media is planned when it belongs in the scope.
Check the complete path
I check desktop and mobile layouts, navigation, and the route from a service page to contact or booking. The proposal confirms the schedule, launch responsibilities, and ongoing care.
Before you get in touch
Practical questions.
Start with what your business needs the website to explain and do.
Are you based in Louisville?
I am based in New Albany, Indiana, and serve Louisville businesses. You work directly with me, Jalil, on the website. I confirm any on-location visit or media session and its travel scope before booking.
Can you rebuild my website without replacing my booking system?
I start by reviewing what already works. The website can explain your services and lead customers to an existing booking, payment, or client portal. Any integration that needs development is scoped separately from the website build.
What should I send before the first conversation?
Your business name, current website if you have one, and what you want customers to understand or do more easily. I guide the source-material review after that. You do not need finished copy to make an inquiry.
Do you work with Louisville nonprofits?
Yes. I plan nonprofit websites around programs, participation, giving, and the team responsible for updates. The nonprofit website service and launch checklist explain those decisions in more detail.
Does the website include ongoing SEO?
The build includes local search setup and crawlability checks. Ongoing search content and Google Business Profile management are separate scopes. Google decides whether to index a page and where it appears.
