Who is Practice Launch for?
It is designed for one independently licensed clinician opening a solo practice in either Kentucky or Indiana. Fit is reviewed before an agreement is offered.
Are Medicare and Medicaid included?
Yes. The five-payer total can include commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid, as applicable to the clinician. Each payer or program controls eligibility, participation, approval, timing, and effective dates.
Does the price guarantee payer approval?
No. Minds Unraveled coordinates complete applications, follow-up, corrections, and a final status summary, but each payer controls its decision, effective date, and processing time.
What kind of website is included?
A four-page website using a standardized layout, along with basic identity work and one revision. A custom site or additional pages require separate scope.
Will you build a new EHR or client portal?
No. The package configures links and workflows in existing EHR, scheduling, intake, and payment-link tools. Custom clinical software and complex integrations are separate work.
Who owns the website and accounts?
The clinician owns the domain, email, website, and service accounts used for the practice. The handoff covers access and the agreed setup.
Is website hosting included?
Yes. The first year of website hosting is included. After that included year, hosting renews at $600 per year.
How long does launch take?
The website and administrative setup target is 2 to 3 weeks after complete materials and access are received. Payer timelines vary and are not part of that target.
What happens after I inquire?
The partners review fit and the information available. If the offer is appropriate, a separate written agreement will define the work before any launch activity begins.
