Business Workflow Review

Show me where work gets stuck.

Tell me what keeps getting dropped, delayed, or handled from memory: inquiries, estimates, follow-up, scheduling, or a website nobody can update.

The review is free.

Go to the form

This is a short initial assessment, not a written audit. I read what you send, then we talk for 20 minutes about how that work moves today. It ends with a plain recommendation for the next step, whether that means using an existing tool better, connecting a workflow, improving a website, or scoping custom software when simpler tools cannot do the job. If what you send is clearly outside what I do, I will say so instead of booking a call.

After you send

I read your request, then follow up using the contact you gave, the way you prefer, to set a time for the 20-minute conversation. You do not need to prepare a process map or choose a paid service first.

Where the review fits

The review is the short version of the first stage of how I work: Find the friction. The other stages are Build the solution, Connect the work, and Measure and support. Not every project needs every stage. Estimate follow-up for service businesses has its own fixed-scope option.

Prefer a direct conversation?

Whichever is easier to reach you at. One is enough.

For example: requests come in by text and email, and I keep the follow-up list in my head. A few sentences are enough.
