Tell me what keeps getting dropped, delayed, or handled from memory. I will look at how inquiries, estimates, follow-up, and scheduling move through your business today, then tell you in a 20-minute review whether the Estimate Follow-Up Sprint is an appropriate fit. If it is not, I will say so.

I read your request and follow up using your preferred contact method. If a review makes sense, I offer times. You do not need to prepare a process map or choose a paid service first.

If you only want a second opinion, an advisory call is available: $250 for 60 minutes. It does not include implementation work.
