02 / ServicesThree kinds of work

One crew for all three.

Pick the kind of work. The checklist, the questions, and the quote follow it.

Homes

Start with one deep clean. Keep it that way on a schedule that fits your week.

What sets the price

  • Square footage
  • Condition and buildup
  • Pets
  • Add-ons you approve

Every quote is for an agreed scope. You approve any add-on first.

Deep cleaning

A first visit or a full reset

  • Kitchens and bathrooms
  • Baseboards, doors, and trim
  • High-touch surfaces
  • Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Detailed surface cleaning

Maintenance cleaning

Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly

  • Kitchens and bathrooms
  • Dusting and surfaces
  • Vacuuming and mopping
  • Trash removal
  • High-touch areas

For homes that have had a deep clean or are already kept up.

Move-in and move-out

Empty or nearly empty homes

  • Inside cabinets and appliances
  • Kitchens and bathrooms
  • Baseboards, doors, and trim
  • Windowsills
  • Floors

How a home plan works

  1. Deep clean first

We reset the whole home once, top to bottom.

  2. Pick a rhythm

Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly.

  3. Same checklist each visit

Maintenance visits keep the deep clean from slipping.

03 / ProofTwo stock photos

See the difference.

Each comparison pairs two stock photos of different spaces to show how the slider works. A live site would use the company's own job photos.

07 / Policies, in plain words

Before you book.

Do you work evenings and weekends?

Yes. Evening and weekend visits are part of the regular schedule, for homes and for businesses that need us after close.

Is there a deposit?

New clients and larger projects pay a 50% deposit to hold the date. It is non-refundable and goes toward your total. The rest is due when the job is done.

What if I need to reschedule?

Give us at least 24 hours. With notice, your deposit can move to the new date once.

What if something was missed?

Tell us within 24 hours. If it was in the agreed scope, we come back and take care of it.

Do you work with contractors and property managers?

Yes. Rough, punch, and final cleans, unit turnovers, and recurring commercial programs. For those projects, the signed proposal sets the terms.

Can the price change after I get a quote?

Only if the job is different from what was described, such as extra rooms, heavier buildup, or pests. Any add-on is approved by you before the work is done.
